I live in building 400 only noise coming from the upper floor.
The wall insulation is very poor. It took PEST CONTROL 3 to 4 month to make the unit roaches free. I rented the APT online b/c i needed to relocate right away. The Apt was not well cleaned, smelling curry... The tenant above me makes noise to the extreme, people coming from that Apt ringing my bell. The tenant next to me snores very loud. Bath tub & sink was not cleaned when I move in. MGT Team are not friendly and have nasty attitude. They did notanything to resolve my bad neighbor issue. There are better apt in RTP AREA. Stay away from there if you are a professional and want to get some rest after long working hours.
