If you like to have Quiet in your Home... Don't do it..

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The neighbors are noisy and the floors very thin.. you can hear every step above and tv and music below. The office staff will do anything but address any issues you bring up and then lie about you bringing it to them.
There is no parking. 99.75% of the time you have to park 4 building down or on the side of the road. Maintenance does nothing, or the bare minimum to get by.
