The best place to live anywhere!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Apartment: Build very solid and have never had any problems with unfixed problems. We had a small water leak that was fixed 45 minutes after we called and they called back a few days later to double check to make sure that everything was okay. We never hear any of our neighbors except occationally when someone hurries up the stairs. Great layout, lots of windows and a great view over looking the wetlands.
Parking: Never had a problem with parking... coming back home late some nights I've had to park in front of the next building but anyone who says that they have had to park further than that is on something synthetic or else just crying about having to walk the extra 50 feet... gimme a break!
Grounds: Great! In the winter they use food coloring to make the front lawn green as part of their "The grass is always greener..." promotion, pretty funny I think. I checked and it's totally enviromentally sound... it's the same stuff you use in christmas cookies.
Safety: Superb! I've never felt the slightest bit uncomfortable walking my dog at night even on the nature trail! Granted... the gates are broken about 30% of the time (Always because of the 2 or 3 idiotic residents who by some miricle have drivers licenses, blindly piling their cars through a painful obvious 8 foot high heavy black gate, somehow forgetting that it has been there every single day since the day they moved in (Morons on Parade... bring your video camera and an address to "America's Worst Drivers"))! This place isn't in a bad area by any means so even walking around outside the gate has never made me nervous. Another great plus is free monitored alarm systems! Never had a problem with mine other than it can interfer with DSL. Then all you have to do is have Verison put a splitter on your phone line (free of charge) and the problem disapears.
Management: The best I have ever encountered! Angel, Jeff and CJ are among nicest people I've ever met. If you are the type of person who leaves bags of trash outside your door, throws junk mail in the parking lot, doesn't pay rent on time, hits the gates (i.e. one of the 2 or 3 morons mentioned above) or do anything else that is destructive or disruptive then you won't like them. They follow the rules and don't play favorites. If you break the rules they will catch you, or someone else on property will turn you in but if you are a generally decent person who doesn't blast his sterio so loud that the next building can hear it or squawk your tires in the parking lot when you think no one is watching then I promise you'll love them. The staff takes care of pets while you are away, waters plants and even holds packages for you if you're not home when they are delivered! They hold several parties every year for all the residents and are simply, just fun to be around. I've never had to remind them of my name on any visit to the office. I truely feel like "part of the family" here! They know who I am, where I live and have always taken care of me, my needs and my pets.
The only bad things with this property are (1) it can be hard to get out onto Miami Blvd in the mornings but I've never had to wait more than a minute or two and (2) there isn't a dog walking station on one side but not the other.
Anyone who can find something wrong with this property has a severe case of "Princess and the Pea" syndrom! I feel sorry that they can't see how great this place - and the people who work here - really are.
