Terrible Service, Shoddy Apartments

They were very warm in getting me in. There wasa nice rental concession. However, after signing the lease, and mere days before I was to move in, I was slapped with a bill for an extra month's deposit with no explanation.
Several of my maintanence requests were ignored, the ones actually answered were mishandled.
Parcels delivered to the office will sit there *forever* with no notice to the tenant as to their arrival.
After I gave my notice to vacate early on they attempted to enforce an absurd 90day notice policy (which includes paying for 30 days beyond vacating the premises).
They also had the habit of leaving things hanging on your door with personal info once even hung one of my checks on the door, which I could have sued them for had someone used the routing and account number to empty my account.
They are shoddy apts, and that's being kind, the model is *not* representative of the true state of decay. Ask to see a second floor unit and enjoy the up and down sloping of the floor, and the springy floorboards.
My advice is to look next door at The Hamptons, or around the corner at 1520 Magnolia Apts. Both are in the same price range, both are better built.
