Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apartment itself was okay-- it was just a plain apartment. The troubles here were SAFETY. We had people banging on our door at midnight, we heard gunshots at night...cars were often broken into and same with apartments.

I would stay away from here unless you don't fear for your safety.
