THE VALUE OF A DOLLAR GOES FAR. BUT FOR THE MANAGEMENT AT EMERALD FOREST THAT DOES NOT APPLY. AT FIRST GLANCE IT MAY SEEM HELPFUL, COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. BUT THAT IS A FACADE. I HAD JUST GOT READY TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT AND I HAD A ISSUE COME UP AND UNABLE TO SIGN THE LEASE AND THAT'S WHERE THE FUN BEGAN. I WILL NEVER SEE MY $150 DOLLARS OR $50 APP FEE. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN, IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

If you couldn't sign the lease, they are allowed to not give you your application fee or your reservation fee back. Any place would do this - remove this review please

I agree. Individuals like myself are looking for more in depth reviews preferably from those who LIVED THERE. I understand your frustrations but there more was legite.
