I have lived here for 3 months and am enjoying a pleasant stay. I found the prices to be competitive. My unit was freshly painted and carpeted when I moved in. I have called maintenance twice for things that broke and was pleased that they were corrected within 24 hours without further incident. The pools, though small, are hardly ever occupied--definitely not crowded. The office staff and maintenance workers are always friendly and remember details about residents, making you feel valued. There was a thoughtful move-in care package and a monthly calendar of 4 free events for residents each month (pool party, ice cream social, garage sale)--nice touches to allow residents to get out and meet each other. I have found my neighbors quiet, helpful, and friendly. Parking is never a problem. I've never waited for laundry facilities, and the gym (though small too) is almost never occupied, making it easy to get in on my own schedule. The gym and pool don't close early, so it can fit your work schedule. I live in the front of the property (along Hwy 54) and find it very quiet. The property is well-kept and pretty with the trees and areas for picnics (including common gas and charcoal grills!). The trash area is outside my building, and it can of course get smelly on hot days in between emptying, but it's contained by a high fence. There is a nice recycling area that could use better organization and signage, but it's nice that it's available. I would recommend this property.
