This is the worst rental experience I've ever had. The walls are thin, so noise from other apartments can be heard. The apartment I had was drafty and did not retain heat and the furnace did not put out hot air. I complained, maintenance came out and was told me the furnace was working properly. I had to buy a heater and use the oven to stay warm. Then there are the roaches. Even 1 is too many. Plus they claimed to accept packages at the office, but suddenly and without notice changed their policy and began refusing packages they had been accepting.

The final straw happened when the apartment got flooded from a busted pipe in the upstairs apartment. It took over 45 minutes for maintenance to respond to shut off the water. Another hour passed before my apartment was touched. All the while the flooding continued. Though my apartment was a mess for almost week, management never even told me it was uninhabitable. Instead they offered a vacant apartment with no amenties. Not even a bed. And when I complained the alternative I was offered was to terminate my lease and move out immediately, instead of putting me up elsewhere. What kind of choice is that' Where am I going to stay and what am I to do with my furniture on such short notice'

I have to live and manuever around 6 industrial air blowers and 2 industrial dehumidifiers running 24/7 to dry the place. The celings in 3 rooms have significant holes (the smallest is 2x2, the largest 12x4) in them as parts were removed due to water damage. I was deprived of my computer and Cable TV and I've got fiberglass insulation hanging from the ceiling in front of the bathroom. And all the while no one contacted me to tell me how long I'd have to put up with all of this.

If this is the kind of property and management you want to put up with, then by all means move in here. Otherwise you'd better stay away. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
