When I first moved into Emerald Forest, everthing was OK, not great, but OK. Then I started to see a roach problem, and coming from a home without ANY roaches this was a big issue for me. So when I went to front office, they informed me that this issue would be resolved. However, that did not happen. The exterminator came out to my apartment about 3 or 4 times. Everytime, mentioning to me that apartment was clean (which I already knew) and there isn't any reason why I should have roaches. Finally I had to really call and complain. The people in the main office were so nonchalant and didnt even care. Just kept giving me that same old crap about sending the exterminator. One day, I finally was able to get some answers and was told that the people next door had a roach investation and that's probably where they came from. So you telling me all this time, the problem could have been effectively corrected, but it wasn't.

I do not know what the other reviews are talking about, but if you want to live uncomfortably and with staff that do not care because at the end of the day, they do not have to live there, then this is the place for you. If you want to get more for your money, I urge you to find another complex to live.
