I have been living here at Falls Point at the Park for the last year and I have not had one problem at all. I love it here and I think the staff and maintenance are wonderful. I feel like that everyone has their own opinion of what they think about the place but I also feel if you act professional and stay professional regardless of how others act then it will work in your favor. I have never had to wait long for anything to be fixed in my apartment and I truly have not had in bad meeting or discussions with the office personnel. I guess I do not know about the other the problems because I mind my business and keep it moving all the time. I guess I got lucky with the apartment that I am in because even my neighbors are very pleasant. Oh by the way I am a black female also. I guess I will end it like this. NO place is perfect whether it is an apartment or house you make the best of what you have but just be thankful that you are able to have a roof over your head and if you feel like it does not work for you then LEAVE I never stay where I am not welcomed.

So, let me ask you a question Rouge98, has things gotten better on this property? I don't live on the property, but will be looking to in March of 2010. I have read some negative post and really some of them are red flags. I have children and I am a single parent, but I am not section 8...I pay sheet market value rent. My kids are well mannered and I don't want anything to happen to them if they go outside. I appreciate your answers.

Hi Strayer2009, I would ask the mgt @falls pointe if there is a 3 bedroom that is not in a tax credit building. Kids aside I don't think crime against children from other children is an issue. I would adhere to the property rules regarding your children although some residents children seem to break the rules. I love this community and I would recommend it to anyone including my friends and family. The people who leave poor comments are the ones that were probably corrected for discrepencies and does not speak for the most of the residents. I rarely have issues with maintanance but when I did they were very timely. Suggestion come to the community at different times of the day and on weekends to get a clear idea of our community.
