What is loud is the AC! sometimes the AC is so loud that people can not hear me on the phone. -two bathrooms in the 2 bedroom units...I guess that could be a good thing. -w/d hookups in 2 bdrm units, you will need to buy all your hoses and venting though -apparently not to picky who they rent to, so if you are turned down elsewhere try foxfire Cons- -To expensive for what you get.
