Some annoying people

I've almost lived in this apartment for a year and leaving soon.
I like the location and office stuff but there are things I don't like too.
First, some of my neighbors bother me listening to car radio or music at their home very loudly.
Some people leave their cars which are broken and never used or ones without permittion in the parking lot.
I asked the office manager to check out those cars but they really don't seem to care about it.
Secondlly, the construction of the buildings are not so good.
The floor makes noise when we walk and the bath tub makes annoying noise when we take shower too.
A closet door got broken three times in a year, also we have ant problem...The maintenance service is pretty good but I'd say there are better places with better price.
(That's why we are leaving here)
Fayettvill Rd.
is under constrution to make it a two lane road, that means it will become more difficult to make a left turn from the entrance.
(Even now sometimes we have to wait for a while when we turn left from entrance) I don't think this is a bad apartment but it's not the best either.
