Terrible, incompetent service

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I have lived here for about 3 weeks now. Our hot water heater burst on day 6, thanks to faulty equipment, which the complex has known about for some time (several other heaters have burst before and since ours has). Large fans were put into our apartment to dry the floors after all of the carpet was ripped up. This was supposed to last for 4 days....we are now on day 10, and not only has no new carpet been laid, but the drywall has also been torn out, and no one has even BEEN to our place in the last 4 days. We have asked the complex to give us estimates on the work, but NONE of our calls are ever returned, and all information we have has been because of us going to them and making them talk to us. They put us up in a hotel for a couple of nights, but we are now entering the second week of this, and are having to spend our own money on hotels, when it should be the responsibility of the complex to accomodate their residents. The service has been completely unprofessional and inexcusable, and after 3 weeks, we are already regretting moving to this complex.
