Weak Construction & Awful Service

Ive lived at Innesbrook for a year now and heres how I would summarize my experience:
PROS
-The maintainence is good.
Most of our concerns were addressed within 24 hours
-Quiet...no noisy neighbours or unruly kids living around me.
CONS
-The construction is REALLY flimsy.
I can hear people above me walking all the time and lately Ive not had a good nights sleep in a long time.
-Beware if your bedroom is close to the building stairs.
GOD, there is such a loud and noisy racket when people walk up and down the stairs which is clearly audible through the walls.
-The apartment above mine was broken into, so I cant really vouch for how safe Innesbrook is.
-The management is the worst ever.
The trashy female workers there have a big bright smile for you when you walk in until they learn youre already a current resident.
Then on they only answer your questions with a grouchy face and act like stop wasting my time.
Whatever happened to customer service' Jeez.
I hope this kind of helps you in your decision.
