Uncompassionate Management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My stay at Innesbrook for the last year and a half was uneventful and for the most part, I was happy where I was staying. But when my first floor apartment was vandalised in the middle of the night, I was appaled to learn that the management was asking me to sign up for an additional 6 month lease just to move me to a 2nd or 3rd floor unit to continue my lease term. (Not to mention a new deposit and a $150 dollar transfer fee.) The whole incident was quite scary and they seemed unconcerned about my safety and had an attitude that this was something that I brought on myself. I would warn anyone especially single mothers who live alone to stay away from Innesbrook.
