The surroundings were excellent... I liked that the buildings were spaced nicely over a big area with lots of trees. The price was reasonable as well.

My roommate and I did notice quite a few cockroaches around the apartment, but we made several friends while we stayed there and none of them seemed to have a problem with unwanted pets.

We had our apartment furnished from an outside company, and opted for washer/dryer, so move-in and move-out was no problem.

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

I have no idea what the rent increases are like and I forget what the office hours were, but the questions were asked, so I had to respond. I know the staff was always available when I needed them.
