I am a current resident of innesbrook apartments and have been for the past two years. Over the course of my stay here it has been alright but nothing spectacular. Recently we have had a lot of car break ins and robberies. Recently someone broke into a patio door of an apartment, there have also been incidents of people being robbed at gunpoint in the area. The management team does not seem to take the problem serious if you call and report and incident only thing they say is that they will put it on your file and tell you about a courtesy officer that you never see. I strongly do not suggest that you dont move over here because management doesn't care about the community and neither do the criminals taking over.
