I've lived here for about 2 months and have been extremely disappointed and frustrated with the apartment itself and the incompetent management. They let us move in here when roaches were rampant inside the apartment and knowing the extent of plumbing problems. My apartment has flooded over and all management can say is: Sorry! No compensation was provided and they really don't care what happens.

Sorry to hear your frustrations. Most flooding problems in apartments I would think are beyond your managements office control. Lots of people live in an apartment building and not all are educated in what items are to be thrown or flushed away. My communities lines were backed up from a tenant flushing tampons down and it clogged the lines causing the bottom apartments to flood. Gross! But hey thats why they have a thing called renter's insurance!
