This is a decent community, but maintenance and customer service problems really put it down.
The office staff is often rude and unprofessional.
It has come down to me dealing with only one person, as the rest are completely useless.
I was even accused by the manager of throwing my garbage on the ground, when it was my neighbors.
Many neighbors had problems with plumbing and flooding, but I didn't.
However, water pressure is inconsistent and that is probably the problem.
Maintenance has improved but needs a lot more work.
These buildings are pretty old, and their age is showing.
You will hear your neighbors no matter what.
I got to know the intimacy level of one neighbor, and the one below and over from me is quite loud, and I can still hear his music every day.
The office's response: tough.
My neighbors use their truck as a garbage disposal, making the whole area stink.
Again, the office refused to deal with it.
I would definitely consider other options before living here.
