My overall stay was good although there were some problems.

In the warmer months spiders were a really big problem but there is pest control every week if needed.

Also because appliances are not modern they tend to break easily but maintenance is great about fixing things.

Also when it rained water leaked into the apartment but that too was fixed in no time.

The complex is very quiet and the office staff is very nice and helpful.
