Where do I begin, poor water pressure they give you a dishwasher but you cant use it. You dishware will get a good steaming and thats it. Late night stereo jams from the section 8 crowd testing their car audio. Have never seen Durham P.D. patrol the area since I lived there. Vehicles keep getting broken into, dont leave anything of value outside your apt. We had a security patrol officer for about 2 weeks then he dissapeared. I was almost attacked by a tenants pit bull early one morning leaving for work, that was fun. I would only recommend this place to someone who lives in east durham, its a step up but not that much of a step.
