I have lived in these apartments for about 5 months now and have loved it all. I don't understand what some of the reviews are even talking about. Unless I just lucked into a good part of the complex, I don't know. I have never had a problem with noise from my neighbors and parking was always easily accessible. The apartment was clean when I moved in and everything worked. The water pressure wasn't bad and all of the appliances worked well.

The best part was the personable staff, both at the office as well as the workers. They were always smiling and helpful and the office staff remembered my name, which I thought was a nice touch. They have nice bikes to borrow to go riding on the North Carolina Tobacco Trail, the pool is nice, as well as a sand volleyball court.

I have lived in other apartment complexes, both in Durham and elsewhere, and I have to say this has been the best I've stayed at. The only downside was that there wasn't an elevator to my third floor apartment! lol j/k

Seriously though, I highly recommend this complex to anyone.
