Beware of the sales team - they'll tell you whatever you want to hear and leave you dry after you sign the lease. The maintenance team is virtually non-existent. Takes weeks for basic jobs to be done. Most of the appliances are quite old. The complex gets sketchy at night as well. Parking seems okay. For the same price, you could probably do better someplace else.
