I have only been living at Innesbrook for 2 months, but have been very pleased so far. Innesbrook in conveniently located to Southpoint Mall, several grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and medical facilities. The office and maintenance staff ensures that maintenance requests get immediate attention (often on the same day). I was impressed that they even replaced my stove/oven with a brand new model. The office staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to help residents. Comparing price and value, Innesbrook is by far the best that I have found in South Durham.
