Although I don't remember the monthly bulletin saying post positive comments on this site...

I've lived in a one bedroom, ground floor apartment since June 2008 and I renewed my lease in December.

There was a bit of a mix up at the renewal, ending up in loss on my end, due to miscommunication on the end of management.

There is one particular individual in the office that can be rude most times but Alden is pretty awesome.

Storage space (for me) is extremely limited and cabinet space in the kitchen is kind of inadequate as well and that's probably due to the when Innesbrook was built.

In-house washer and dryer so I avoid trips to the laundromat.

I love the location of Innesbrook..

very convenient regionally (the triangle) and to shopping, grocery/drug stores, doctors offices, interstate, walking trails, etc.

Maintenance is pretty good although I rarely have to contact them and I've never felt my safety threatened by "riff raff".

Parking's pretty good too.
