The apartments are well built. For the most part on a cold day, the apt stays warm and on a hot day it stays cool. I have lived there for 8 months. Mgt is responsive to problems with the apt. Normal response time is 24hrs. I've only had minor problems. Walls seem be to be thick cause I can barely hear what my neighbors are doing. Location is great, close to the highway, mall and RTP. I can get to RTP within 15 minutes, anytime of the day :) The location is secure. I've left my car open, my mistake a couple of times and the car was still there the next morning. Bad things with the apt is that its pricey...Without the move-in special I wouldn't have moved there. There is dog poop all over the grass. Residents are bad about picking up their dog's stuff. There is no storage room in the apts, but if you live lean, the closet is big enough. The garbage disposal units and recyling centres are located in horrible locations and the units are normally full and people leave their garbage by the side of the garbage center. :(
