Lived here since for 6 months. Pricey apartment. Amenities are wonderful. Have to fight to get maintenance to solve problems. Response time: 3 days for all problems we've had...including clogged toilets and issues with disposal. Staff friendly most of time. Not much storage space in kitchen or pantry. Had to add shelf. Can hear neighbors from upstairs, but overall not really a problem.
