Great Location and apt layout. Trash capacity is a major problem that the apt management deflects by asking people to be more courteous. Rental price was increased despite the current rental market, resulting in concern for future years when the market conditions change. My intent was to stay multiople years but given their propensity to increase rent, I'm making other plans.
