I have lived at The Lodge for a year now and am very pleased. I will be renewing my lease for next year.

What I like about living there are the pool, gym (yes, one of the threamills is broken and the eliptical machine is no good) but it is a decent gym for an apt complex. I do wish we had aerobic classes more often than once a week. The mountain bikes are also in bad condition and need to be replaced, but no other apt has free bikes that you can use.

I have had prompt repairs done when needed.

The staff is usually very nice and they do try to organize activities to make the community more enjoyable. I was particularly pleased to leave for work one morning and find them at the main entrance giving away breakfast food to go.

The apartments are very nice, and I have not heard any noises from the apts above and below mine - only snoring noises from the one next door (the head of my bed and my neighboor's must be against the same wall) and once in a while I can hear my neighboor's alarm clock.

Parking is not good after 10pm - you have to park far from your apt in a not so well lit area - and I don't feel very safe parking there... but nothing "bad" has ever happened.

There are many things that could be improved, but in all I think it is a pretty good place to live in, especially compared to other aptartments in the area.

The price is a bit too high - but it is worth it if you get the 2 months of free rent that they offer now. If next time I have to renew my lease they don't offer me free rent I may have to find a new community. But I do like living there, and do plan to stay for another year. I consider it a B community for this area.
