someone needs to call rent control

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I was at Southpoint for 2 years. First years rent was $1150/month. Second year' $1220/month. When they told me my third year was going to cost me $1270 I told them where to shove it. The grounds are nice, the office staff competent but not all that friendly. If they had kept my rent in check I'd still be there.
