I have to say that I have had no problems while living at the Lodge. The property is really nice and the extras are wonderful. The rent is outrageous for this area. You have to drive to throw away your trash. No one picks up dog poop and the staff does not respond to problems with other residents. It is a shame that my wife and I are leaving because of the poor office management. For the money we pay we should have trash pick-up, resident meetings to discuss problems, and maybe even maintenence that shows up within 3 weeks. We do not even have a business center to conduct business. You kind find the same apartment and find the same quality in Raleigh for less money. Remember this is Durham, Even though this place is nice the projects are just around the corner.
