this place is soooo loud!!

I pay an extra $25 a month for a view of the pool and the noise is extremely loud and annoying. the residents of this complex do not have any respect or courtesy for the people living near the pool area and they are the ones with the higher rent!!! it's not worth the money unless you want screaming kids playing in the pool at 6:30 saturday mornings and people either loudly playing in the pool or having loud conversations by the bbq area practically every night until midnight. have fun!
