No security, rent too high

I lived at Southpoint for 18 months. In the beginning it was fine. Over the last year the security has been horrible. I've had 2 flat tires, had to call the police due to noise several times, and I have felt very uneasy with the community traffic coming in and out of the pool and rec area. Most of the people in the work out room and pool get off the bus-line and come in to join those of us who pay high dollar to live there. I was living in their smallest 1 bedroom apartment and was paying the same amount as many of the 2 bedroom tenants at newer complexes in Cary and Raleigh. It is listed as dog friendly, but what that really means is that the owners w/o dogs suffer through the noise and smell of unkept grass areas.
