I've been living at the Lodge for about 1 year now and I've been pretty satisfied. The apartments are very new and clean, and the community is filled with great amenities. Management has been fairly responsive, though it sometimes takes a couple of days for work orders to be filled. I havent had any issues with neighbors - I actually never hear anyone moving around. Though some have complained about parking, I find that it's not too difficult to find. My only complaints are that the community is not gated, and the small-ish business center is closed after hours. Also, the apartments are pretty expensive (and management locks you in with a low rate and then jacks up the price after the year-long specials expire). But since I share my apartment, I can afford quite a bit more than if I lived alone.
