Have lived there for around two years. Will not renew b/c the staff is not helpful, the rents keep increasing and the new landscaping is dull and boring. Furthermore, they removed alot of vegetation and trees so now the road noise from NC-751 is a problem. This community has gone downhill since I moved in and, in talking with long-time residents the new takeover of the community by another managment company is a big part of the problem. Its the same company that runs the Villages complex over near/in Carborro. If that is a sign of things to come......forget it.
