Poor customer service!

We've enjoyed living here overall. It's centrally located and on a TTA bus line. The apartments are well built and we like the floor plan. Great fitness room and pool. Traffic was bad during the holiday shopping season. The quality of customer service has declined over the past year. The answering service is annoying and the staff is unprofessional and unresponsive at times.
