I just signed a lease with the Lodge at Southpoint. I will be renting for a few months while my family looks for a home. While I have not moved in yet, the apartments and the ammentites seem very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They followed up with me after my visit and quickly processed all necessary paperwork. They seemed organized and knowledgeable.
