Looks are extremely deceiving.

The Lodge is a nice place, right across the street from the mall, Target, and many restaurants; however, location is the only thing this complex has. When I first took a tour, I was showed all the nice things the apartment had to offer, theater, much parking, nice place. I then moved in to find that I could not use any of it. The manager told me "the theater is mainly to give tours in. You cannot watch a movie here during the day."
Also, pets are allowed. I love animals, but only when they are controlled. Getting the front office to enforce their animal rules is like trying to find water in the Sahara, it just doesn't happen. If you plan on sleeping at night, or even watching a football game without dog noise, this complex is not for you.
No car wash, the only outdoor hose has a padlock on it.
Also, the ONE garbage dumpster is constantly overflowing.
Overall, spending the extra hundred dollars a month to buy a house or condo is a much better choice. This complex was poorly planned, and despite its appearance, falls short of satisfaction.
