The Lodge is a beautiful & so convenient place to live; however, it is a dangerous place to live. The whole time I was there cars were constantly being broken into. The last straw for me was the apartments are being broken into - 4 in one night AND in the early evening hours! Why, you might ask' Because the staff refuses to admit there is a problem! They put a letter in your mail box (weeks after the robberies) advising you to be careful but give you know real details or scope of the problem to keep you safe. The manager is sullen & uncooperative & refuses to discuss the dangers saying, "We are not responsible for your safety. You are." Management refused any kind of suggestions saying residents have had their front doors kicked in so adding locks won't help. Well, they don't tell you that when you rent an apt. Unsafe place to live.
