Unprofessional and Unresponsive

For the sake of your time and eyes, I will keep this concise. The Lodge at Southpoint is unprofessionally managed. Nothing is taken care of. There is one dumpster for a complex of 13 buildings, and it constantly overflows. Crime is a problem. Cars are broken into and the locals scout properties (it is in Durham). The office is unresponsive to everything short of the apocalypse.

On a good note, if you love to shop, you can walk to the mall!
