1. They never fix the issues with the apartments on time. If they do, it takes multiple visits.

2. The new staff sucks major a**. Especially the new business manager. She does not know how to run a apartment complex. Stephanie was 10000 times better. So was Sandy, bring her back and get rid of the new --------American lady. Other than Kenya, the rest just jot down notes into their notebooks, then just never get things done (no work order, no follow-up).

3. Crime is rampant. Cars broken into, property vandalized. People walk into the complex and use the pool, even if they don't live here. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Check out the Durham Police website, more details there.

4. Residents are pretty nice so far. Only issue is the fact that sometimes dogs poop on the grass and the owner doesn't bother to pick it up. Also, they are sometimes not on a leash.

5. The trash is horrible. They should put in a second dumpster or bring back those workers that compacted the trash every morning. Or have the Waste Management folks come back every other day. GET RID OF THE STRAY CATS.

6. The pool and gym used to be 24 hours, but instead of putting in cameras to record who is vandalizing the place, they put courtesy offers who do NOTHING when you call them. PUT IN CAMERAS at all entrances, pool and gym.
