Good apartment at a decent price

Morreene Manor is an older complex with hardwood floors, large windows in LR and Bedroom and nice open living rooms. The 1BR apt is 700 SQ Feet. Pros: On site management, hardwood, nice size, overall good maintinance. Cons: Windows that don't insulate very well (particularly in winter), various quirks -- different in each apartment.
