Dont judge a book by its cover! This old saying holds true for the office staff at this property! Everything looks nice when you drive by and see the apartments from behind the gates but you soon come to realize that looks can be deceiving. Deceiving is a good word to describe the property mgr. and the assistant mgr.! They are some of the most conceited people I have had to deal with! If you wonder why gates are around the property its because it is in Durham. Have you checked the crime statistics or listened to the news lately' Im thankful that my lease is ending soon! I will not sign another!
