Pros and Cons

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Pros: The rent was relatively inexpensive for the space when I first moved in ($660 for 918sq ft). The gym just recently upgraded to new, working equipment. Cheap laundry ($1 for washers and dryers).
Cons: The gates are constantly broken or malfunctioning. The business center is crap. Advertised as being 24 hours, but is really only open during office hours of the property management. The laundry room is not very well kept, and features 4 washers and dryers. The surrounding neighborhood isn't too great. The property manager is unpersonable and quite frankly an a$$ at times and I try to have as little interaction with him as possible. I miss the old assistant property manager, but hopefully she's gone on to better things. Some shoddy work in the apts. The wall finish is horrible and any little touch marks it. The walls are fairly thin and I can hear my neighbors watching TV. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
