I recently moved out of North Pointe Commons after 2 years to relocate to a new job, and I have been very happy with my time there. The management staff and maintenance have always been good and acted in a timely manner, being lenient on paperwork and pretty accomodating to my needs. The neighborhood is very nice, and the gated community just adds to it. It's true that Durham is not the greatest area, but living in North Pointe was like being separate from the city. It has great proximity to I-85 and all the stores I needed were right across the street in a major shopping complex.

Overall I highly recommend this apartment complex. The apartments are large and clean, maintenance acts in a timely manner, and the overall community is great
