I have been staying here for a year, and it is unbelievable people hang out on breeve way, and in parking lot drinking beer all times of day and night. I see police coming in and out everyday for who knows what. Music loud, parking is bad I woke up one morning for work and a car was parked behind my car blocking me from leaving I had to blow my horn for 10mins. for someone would come out to move there car and I was late for work. Lots of kids running around throwing rocks and sticks at your door, u look outside and somebody sitting on your car. And the trash is every where even if they do have someone coming to pick up trash every morning by the afternoon its back a mess. I haven gotten my car broken into thank god put I heard of people getting theres broke into, I look out my window every chance I get to check on my car cause its people just walking by looking into your car all the time. But the worst is the shooting all the time and I knew it was time to go when someone got shoot and killed next door and I got bullets shoot into my apartment from the incident bullet holes in my wall and ceiling in the living room the police found 3 bullets in my living room luckly I was in the bathroom at the time of the shooting thank god. Now management is tripping about letting me out of my lease like i aint got a reasonable cause I feel unsafe to walk around in my own place, she says she will let me out of my lease wit no fees but I cant get my depoist back and I aint got but a month left on the lease anyways. O and speaking on management they changed staff like every month I go in to pay my rent somebody new in the office every month. The only reason I moved here was for the location and the cost of the rent during the day when I visit and checked out the apartment it looked to be ok but I will know next time to due alittle background check on where Im moving to which I have already did and checked out the place at night it seems to be a good place hopefull my new place we be alot better I hope so from my background check it looks to be a great place, i will be paying lots more money for it tho but i guest u have to pay more for better.
