I have seen Wellington Place thru & thru BUT now, I see a real change and I think it is a wonderful place and it has a great location. I love it here and it's only going to get better. The parking is new, all apartments gutted and re-done. I love the floor plans and the price is just great. It has really changed and the whole staff is so friendly!! Come and check it out. The new owners mean business.
