Ive been here for going on 9 years and its getting so loud and full of illegal aliens that its not even funny anymore. Im going to call Immigration pretty soon because I cant take the music and loitering m_exicans anymore! The managers are ignorant to the issues and refuse to do anything about it. Ive asked them if I can help them out with the security on the grounds and they said they'd call me back and never did. They have a "capital special police" officer who patrols the grounds ONCE a night if that but they have no cameras or walls up to keep the drug dealers and thieves out. Ontop of all of this the water pressure has basically disappeared. It feels like youre showering under a kitchen faucet sprayer at best. The maintenance people came in last year to fix a pipe in my half bath (the size of a closet in the master bedroom btw)and they cut a huge hole in the wall and never repaired the hole! The kids play in the street not in the play areas, people park well over the sidewalk with their cars, and Ive even seen a latino man driving his SUV back and forth over a garbage bag of beer cans to crush them. The guy who lives below me plays his stereo so loud that I cant hear my television sitting 10 ft away from it! Ive tried to get the manager to get them to turn it down but so far its not changed and I am seriously considering buying a 700 watt receiver and hooking it up to my tv so I can turn my tv up loud enough to drown out the bass line of his music.
If you have an ounce of brains in your head DO NOT LIVE HERE! I will be moving out at the end of my lease and couldnt be happier.
