I have lived here for 2 years now and yes there has been management changes during that time and yes there have been issues with the water pressure, but you need to expect that there will be issues from time to time no matter where you live. The office staff and manager have been nothing but great to me during the time I have been here. They fix issues in a timely manner and never have to call more than once. I've see improvements in the time I have been here and there are times when it is loud but I know that will be getting better in the months to come. The manager we have now is very firm on enforcing the rules here and takes no guff from anyone. There have been changes in maintenance as well and are getting better. I have no problem recommending anyone to live here at all. My opinion is if you don't like it here, please move.....I have not any problems with anyone out here. I am a non hispanic resident and have enjoyed my time here. It is centerally located to highways, stores, etc. The rent of course rises every year and that is not always a good thing. We have security and an officer who live here in the community so much improvement in that area. If we the residents take pride in our community and respect each other, work together with management this will be an awesome place to reside. It starts with us and then management will see that we mean business for a nice, clean and safe place to live. RESPECT starts with each of us.

They fix your issues in a timely manner huh? I still have a 2x2ft hole in my back bathroom and its been there for 3 years from when a pipe burst and they came and fixed the pipe but never came to fix the hole. Ive told them about it several times but they have done precisely jack squat to fix it. Yes even this new management and Im even friends with one of them! The noise will not get better unless you live right next to the security officer. I was outside this past friday talking to a friend when 8 drunk m-e-x-i-c-a-n-s came up the walk way and proceeded to stand around us drinking and talking to her. Then about 5 minutes later 4 cop cars roll up and theres a 20 minute arguement between the m-e-x-i-c-a-n-s and the cops and my friend and I were stuck in the middle of it all for no reason. the reason for the cops was that someone was calling 911 about a group of m-e-x-i-c-a-n-s roaming the apartment complex fighting. You sound like you work for the apartment company with your review being so glowing. Its nothing like what you describe.
