They have a new management company, and it seems a lot better. I've heard a lot of horror stories too in the past, however, I can honestly say that the year has passed uneventfully. I love the woods and the trail. Its great for me and my dog. Things I WOULD change are minor. The interior is old (the cabinets look HORRIBLE!!!!)and maintenance team isn't very reliable or friendly. There is a HUGE discrepency in rent. I have good friends out here and we all pay something totally different. Their prices are a little high now compared to the newer places up the street. However, I would recommend this place if you need a no-frills apartment with peace,quiet, and a gorgeous view.
